Work Agreement's and Deal memos

    For starters whenever "A Crew" is assembeld there is usually a deal memo or work agreement that will outline all of the things expected as a member of "a crew" ie Type of Service to be rendered,  no drugs/drinking during work hours, the duration of work days, the number of days services will be rendered ect ect ect. Below is a copy and paste verbatum of the Agreement most of us signed as did Brad Leo Lyon as evident at the bottom of page 3. 

      #1 has been clearly violated, as I said above it has been 17 days, and as far as I can tell by checking my calender there has not been an intervention of a 17 day State or Federal Holiday...

     #4 was an also clearly violated clause, food was routinely withheld for hours untill it was cold and really no longer palatible, when it was provided at all. One warm meal every few days certainly doesn't fit most of "the crews" definition of "approximate 6 hour intervals".  Nor does utilizing the Hotels breakfast get you out of properly feeding your army, least we forget what happened during the "Mutiny of The Pennsylvania and Jersey Line in 1781" If you do not properly feed your troops your lines and all inherant discipline will to fall to the wayside...

    #11 is your biggest saving grace, when you ran out of money, you told us all after a short day of work and some Hot n Ready Garbage Ass Pizza that you needed to plan somethings as your locations had chagned and there would be a break in production. Then you kicked us all out of the hotel and here we all sit, back to our homes, our lives and other projects having only worked a fraction of the time that you claimed we would all be working and still waiting for that final insult to be delivered in the mail

    #14 Can lick my rosy red asshole. I won't give away any suprise endings about your movie, I won't divulge any of your trade secrets; unless you consider lying about the amount of time "we the crew" would be engaged in production, and when "we the crew" will be paid to be trade secrets, but untill I get paid I will warn all considering working in this business about shady fucks, who literally make promises that their fat asses can't write a check to cover.

17 and Counting....

  17 days. 17 days of waiting. 17 days and still no sign of compensation in any of our mailboxes. We "The Crew" busted our asses, toiled under extreme circumstances, worked thru insane hours to get "the shot", and what do we "the crew" get..... well some got IMDB credit, but try explaining IMDB credit as a means of compensation to the Mortgage company....
   If this movie's Director had been Columbus, Native Americans would still inhabit this country as they did for centuries before white man. If he had been Salk, we would all be walking with braces on our legs. A cure for cancer? HA! We would all be doomed. But fortunately for the world of cinema and the world at large, it was only Brad Leo Lyon, a so-called Director from Flint, Michigan, as if Flint doesn't have enough problems at least this one is contained to a very small and self absored world..... but his ineptitude does happen to project itself onto the people one needs to trust the most when making a movie; we "the crew".
   It's like Tyler Durden said "We cook your meals, we haul your trash, we connect your calls, we drive your ambulances, we guard you while you sleep. Do not fuck with us."  Yes we "the crew" do all the things that culminate with a Director being able to look good. If we all do not do our jobs to the best of our god given abilities then a project turns to shit. One of the most amazing things about making movies is the herculean effort and collaboration by so many to bring a concept written on paper to life. Sometimes even poorly written ideas can become movie magic because of the contributions made by all rising up against odds. 
   This crew did just that, most if not all signed on because we love our craft, we love production, we love the people around us that we work with. We didn't sign on because the pay was great, in fact for most the pay was an insult, but this is Michigan, Rick Snyder has already bent us all over, we take the work we can find; we just expect to get paid and that hasn't happened yet... 
   So this page has been created to expose a creep, a liar, and a theif for what he is, and Brad Leo Lyon, you stand charged on all counts and the prosecution plans to expose within these digital walls all of the ways in which you made promises you never planned on keeping....
